Refund policy

Products can be returned within 14 days of receipt. To return a product, the customer is responsible for covering the return shipping costs. The product must be unopened or accompanied by proof of defect.

If the consumer wishes to exercise their right of withdrawal, they must send a free-form application to the company via email at info@chai.lv, including the consumer's name, surname, contact information, the name of the purchased product, the product's purchase cost, and the consumer's bank account number. The consumer must also attach proof of purchase.

The company reserves the right not to refund the amount paid for the products until the consumer has returned the products to the company. If the consumer fails to meet the return deadline specified in this section, they lose their right of withdrawal.

It is recommended to return the product with all its packaging intact (not damaged). The product return must be done via post or delivery to the specified company address. The consumer covers the shipping costs for product returns.

In the case of withdrawal, the company refunds the amount paid for the products no later than 14 days after receiving the withdrawal notice, the returned products, and other required information. The company does not refund (or partially refunds) the delivery costs that exceed the standard cheapest delivery option.
